Guidelines for visibility, flexibility, and availability.
Visibility and communication
- Please let people know if you are unavailable for significant stretches of time, i.e. more than 1 hour during the workday
- Ensure all PRs are up to date
Flexibility
- You are expected to stick to the agreed remote-working days
- However, moving a few hours around here and there is totally fine, just be sure to let everyone know
Critical bugs or features
- If you are expected to complete/deliver something on a remote day but are unable to, please make a special note of this in your checkout (just in case someone wants to take it over)
